I got an email this morning from them but no customer number, strange email cos it says my order will be despatched in a couple of days but the order is not for a trampoline and enclosure but for a welcome pack !!0

I also got the "welcome pack" e-mail - promptly followed by two further e-mails. One telling me the trampoline is about to be despatched, and the other for the enclosure. Fingers crossed - looking promising...0

I placed an order at 23.00hrs on 2/3/08 (not long after it was first posted).
I've had an email for the confirmation of order and one today to welcome me!!
I wasn't an existing customer so I rang CS to ask what the likely hood of recieving it was and they have no record of any order from me

They said it takes about a week to register and update the computers for new customers.... but I'm not going to hold my breath!!:mad:If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.:whistle:

Yep same here ordered late on Sunday and so far only a confirmation and welcome pack email, I'm also a new customer ... will see what happens !0 -
I ordered a trampolene and a t-shirt. Got an email today saying that the t-shirt is on its way and to check other items as to delivery times.0
