Oh cack! This would have been perfect for DS..he wanted a trampoline last summer,we didn't get one as the weather was so bad,but at that price I would have got one anyway! Too late as usual..won't even let me add to basket :rolleyes: :mad:

I want to check what I will be receiving but haven't got a account number as new account, is there any way I can log in to see or can you not see unless you have an account.
I ordered both the enclosure and trampoline but at the end it came up as trmpoline out of stock this was after taking my order though and I have had confirmation so I have no idea if I am receiving this order or not. But dont want to just have the enclosure without the trampoline.

I placed my order at 8am yesterday and got a confirmation email. I printed out the confirmation when it came up on screen and they were both showing as in stock. Trampoline in stock and enclosure 2-3 weeks.Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked

i ordered the 8ft trampoline and enclosure on 4th march.i have never shopped with empire before so i chose to pay by opening an account with them.So i also got £15 off as it was my first order..
i recieved a confirmation email on the 4th march after ordering, and today recieved an email confirming my new account with my account number so i could manage my account online, and then i could track my order etc..
so i log in to my account, and go to order history, and theres no orders there, and my balance says 0.00.
So whats going on?..Anyone else who was a new customer opening an account have this problem when logging in to track the items??
I'm thinking these orders wont be honoured...got a bad feeling..but im a pesimist!
Let me know peeps on whether your items are visible online in your account.Cos mine arent 0
