I ordered the 8ft trampoline and enclosure on Monday, received the enclosure today, and the trampoline will be sent by seperate courier.

thanks again for this, i waited too long undecided and the 13 ft enclosures are sold out but i cant complain as i did get the actual trampoline

I got the t-shirt delivered today and on the delivery note it says "8ft trampoline - we regret this item is sold out".

I now have a customer order number on the delivery note, so logged in online just now to find out on the order history - This item no longer available!!

and under the payments it says they have credited the money for the trampoline..... but I have still not had any email saying it's no longer available or that they are crediting the money back???

looks like just existing customers are getting their trampolines, but not to any new customers.

Like you (dirtydog) - I am annoyed that it was in stock and allowed you to order, but I guess they will put that down to computer error.

edit: just checked again at my order history and it says my order was placed 5 MAR, but I did it on 2 Mar???? so that doesnt make sense??

I rang up and I've been told there out of stock. They would of bothered e-mail or writing if I didn't call. This is the second time I've had this exact problem with Empire stores.

Had a postcard this am from G&M Distibution to say trampoline will be delivered on Wednesday between 7am and 7pm

but it does seem strange that its in stock when you ordered on monday and not in stock for people who ordered on sunday???? .......so I dont know if that will help the case against empire for the rest of us???
