Take knife, slice off piece of cheese, place in mouth and chew. I love cheese. Maybe that's why I'm turning into a fatty!

    Can't pick one

Cheese and potato pie, either just cheese and mash then cooked in oven or it on top of beans/beans and sausages. Oh I like onion added too.

Cheese sauce, made to go in lasagne but great for dipping crunchy bread, pouring over grilled meats like chicken etc or over asparagus, mmmm!

Chicken breast topped with bacon, cheese and barbeque sauce

Just plain boiled pasta covered in grated cheese

Cheese and digestive biscuit sandwiches, nice with the chocolate ones aswell, :oshhhh was pregnant when I first ate it

Cheese and ham toasties are the fave for my DP and DS2, they both love them. I prefer just cheese.

From the mouse family :o big chunk of my budget goes on cheese, I adore unpastuerised cheese but it's much harder to find.
One day I might be more organised...........

Mine would have to be Paula Nachos, layers of refried beans, tortilla chips and salsa with cheese melted over the top and a huge dollop of sour cream and guacamole on the top!
  • Cheese sarnie
    Cheese on toast
    Cheese on Baked Spud
    Cheese melted on Nachos
    Toasties
    Cheesy Beans
    Cheese, onion pie.
Tacos, mince, refried beans and cheese over the top
    Cheese & biscuits with pickles

    how about,
    Leek cheese and potato soup
french onion soup with big cheesey crouton on the top
    cheese and potato pie
    cheese scones (my favourite)
    Quiche
spanish ommlette with some cheese mixed in
    scrambled egg with cheese
    breakfast savoury muffins using cheese
    cheesey dumplings
Potted cheese from Shirley Goodes blog http://www.shirleygoode.com/

    English Potted Cheese: (F)
Use oddments of any hard English cheeses: Cheddar, Lancashire, Cheshire, Red Leicester etc. Grate as finely as possible, and mix with softened butter - this time one part of butter to six parts of cheese. Add one of the following to taste (working on 14 oz blended mix): 1 level tsp made mustard; 2 tsp Madeira wine; 2 tsp finely chopped chives; freshly ground black pepper, ground mace, or ground nutmeg (each to taste). Pile up mix into small pots. To serve, rough up tops with a fork and garnish each pot with a sprig of parsley. Serve chilled with celery, cheese biscuits. Also good spread on toast

  • I sometimes slice up an apple and eat with slices of cheese - has a nice sweet/salty thing going on.

And of course because you are eating an apple it's healthy and any negative effects of the cheese are cancelled out..............
