and mine ????
Okay..Mary and Polly...ya big babies :rotfl: , I already 'did' yours a couple of pages back! :rotfl:
Mary42 - really liked your 'love card', I especially liked the shiny background/insert that was just visible at the edge of the card. It was a nice touch. Your black and white card was beautiful, so much work and the layered effect looked great.
Polly - your b&W card is great - so neat and well laid out. I'm definately getting myself a pair of those wavy scissors!0 -
ooops............sorry crannog..............blame poor memory, maybe an 'age' thing ???:rotfl:Mary

I also loved your b&w one, such an amount of work you must have put in to that, it's very 'haunting' (the word that sprang to mind when I seen it first), yet very romantic too.
Hi Crannog, that's an interesting interpretation, "haunting" - I can see what you mean though... The couple on the photo were actually on the top of a hill looking over the countryside at a sunset - not knowing I was behind with my camera. I like the image tho' and plan to use it again using glorious technicolour backgrounds next time...
Curious to know about your cards too, Crannog, did you use acrylic or oil paints and what type of paper was that? Do you do larger canvasses and cut interesting bits out of them? (We're all nosey here, don't you know? :rotfl: )I don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderfulMarilyn Monroe0 -

That was a kind thing to do ilovecompanies, I've only just logged on so just spotted it - never mind! I "have already got FAR too much craft equipment," (words of DH!)...
Birdie, if you go back to edit a post it changes any photo to a link, as I have found out before! Nice card tho', can you let us know how you made it please? ta everso....I don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderfulMarilyn Monroe0
