Ideas for card craft beginner

Hi all how are you all getting on with your cards? Mary have any thoughts on what we can do for next challenge on monday?

Oh lor Polly..............haven't started yet ! Been one of those days........ex foster lad came up to do some gardening for me, one of the lads we've got has just returned to his family (very short notice -no-one told us till this morning !) ............think I've got an idea in my head about what to do so might have a go in a bit.

Next week..........ummmm................well, we could have a colour theme..........or we could do 'Thankyou cards'...........what do you think ?

Well as usual I haven't had much time to do a card, this week I have a massive excuse! We're going here on Saturday, to do this;

How about a challenge to make an envelope that co-ordinates with a card you have already made???

Some lovely cards on this thread im gonna start making mine soon.....Savvy enjoy Lapland went there a few years ago and it was FAB, also just back from Whistler boarding enjoy and shred the gnarr

Dont worry Mary you have till sunday i think thankyou cards are a good idea so on monday when you have a chance just post what the challenge is and away we go and i will think of 1 for the week after ok?

OOOOO Whistler, now that's waaaaaaay gnarly!!! We never seem to be able to save enough to get there Serbia was awesome tho, massive dumps everyday with hoooooge flakes, the biggest I've ever seen!

How was the food in Lapland, and can you get the staples you need easily?? Oh and what were the prices like??

It's actually really simple to do.

Cheers kisto! :A It's one half of a double page advert for Surf liquid!! It was actually your post that inspired me, and then I found it on Crafster, which I probably wouldn't have found without your ref to it

I found an old envelope and opened it out for the template, stuck the mag page on a piece of paper I had (that just happened to match) and then cut it out, folded and glued the edges, nice and easy!
