Mary - I'm glad you finally found your letters.
Rainmac - great halloween card, I love the images. Where did you get them, were they in a set?
Kethry - great cards, really original. I checked out your other ones and there's some lovely cards on there too!
Polly - congrats on making your first cards for onestop, they're lovely, easy instructions too.
Saint _Chris - a fab selection of cards, I think my favourite is the xmas fairy one. You should see my mess when I'm crafting, I try to wait until no-ones in so that I can get it all out. Most of my stuff is dumped behind the couch at the minute, but I get really frustrated because I can never find everything I need.

Wow saint chris, so many lovely xmas cards, well done :T Love your messy craft area, very similar to mine when I make anything :D

Well done polly on your first design team card posted on onestop :T . I love your card and your instructions are really clear. I'm sure it will be the first of many ;)

Thank you for your kind comments about my oh so simple Halloween card :o . All inspiration left me (not that I have that much in the first place) but am happy with the card I finally came up with. The card was made with Penny Black stickeroos. Everything on the card is a sticker. I've mounted the images and the wording onto card, cut round and stuck on with foam pads. The stickers were from ebay - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Penny-Black-Stickeroos-Card-Making-Mystical-Stickers_W0QQitemZ220298447727QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item220298447727&_trkparms=72%3A1301%7C39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14. The seller was fab, I got the items the day after I bought them.

  • Wow, what a lot of great cards Chris.

Love your Halloween card rainmac - sometimes simple is best!

Glad everyone is liking the stuff the One Stop design team are coming up with - feels weird to see my cards up among them!

Just back from a week in Amsterdam. Picked up a few Dutch magazines (I speak very little dutch, so the language is a struggle, but I'll get by), plus I found the famous stamp shop, and even found a great craft shop. Plus, in order to pass the 5hr train journey each way (which was much less stressful than flying), I've now taken us cross stitch!
In a better financial position than ever before (thank you MSE!). Moved back to Scotland and now trying to keep debt-free!

If you need any help with translation, just ask! (I speak Dutch ;) )
  • Hehe - thanks for the offer. I thought I would struggle more than I did, it's surprising how much of my German GCSE came back to me and proved very helpful (if sometimes confusing!)
