Lol Trish, It's because I've been crafting instead of cleaning that I've spent the last 2 days scrubbing in preparation for an in law visit... Just got to vacuum and sort out under the stairs (which unfortunately is open... and full of junk) but got a couple of hours in the morning so should be sparkling like a new pin by the time they get here!

I'm lucky i don't have to worry too much not because the in laws don't visit but my mil can't see. i'm not being cruel here she laughs about it too saying i hope you don't go to any trouble cleaning cos i can't see the mess. Just as well when i've got all my craft stuff out and bits with the glue drying all around the house.
She loves the fact i make cards cos it means she can feel hers if you get what i mean cos she complains that normal ones are too flat and she has to ask what's on them .
Happy in law visit. and hope you get to craft again soon.

oooooooooooooh lovely cards everybody :T :T too many of you for me to remember who did what :o sorry!

melissa - don't worry i'd thought about buying stamped images too, but it turns out i can stamp without smudging!!! lol. i think its an excellent way to try it out if you are not sure - plus if there is a stamp you like the look of it can be a good way to try before you buy. i've bought a couple of stamps which i love but can never seem to find an appropriate use for :rotfl:

my do crafts bits turned up yesterday (i bought their sample pack for £35 which is on special, and its FAB, packed full of bits and bobs - thankfully some peel offs as i didn't have any!) so should be posting some cards later on.
