I like the 40 card its really well done

As anyone seen those cards that have an appeture in that you sew then cut out the card so that the image is suspended? or any idea on how to make them without buying a kit?

Do it yourself. Use a crafting mat to cut out the aperture and then hang stuff in it. Similar to what I did with the 40 card, use string to do it.

It's my son's 40th coming up soon and I'm really struggling. I might pinch an idea that was posted on here (oh eck can't remember who by now ) of a sort of thumb print with music on it and a guitar...........or there was another with a red guitar on (sorry peeps - can't remember who that was either)
Son is mad on the Beatles but I must have send him oodles of cards with piccys of the Beatles on and don't want to repeat myself.
Because it's his 40th I feel I ought to make it a bit 'special'..........ideas ?????
