Send my best to Polly. Get well cards sounds like a good idea!

Love the card mumoftwo - you make me want to buy an eyelet maker - good thing I'm visiting hobbycraft (for the first time ever) this weekend!

I don't have any funky tools either and for a lot of my cards it's simply a oretty piece of card of paper stuck on to a blank one with either the peel offs you can buy, self adhesive ribbon or ordinary ribbon stuck on with pritt stick or double sided tape and the odd floral embellishment or image from 'google'. Last 'Thank You' ones I did I got the wording from Google images......just typed in what I wanted.

I bought a cardmaking box from home bargains. It was £1.99. it contains 10 card blanks and envelopes, papers, embelishments, glitter glue and a silver pen. also, it comes in a good sturdy box which would be good for storing cards and things in or to give as a present with cards in.
I thought it was good for the price.
saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

bunbun2 - that box does sound like a bargain! I paid that price just for the box alone!
Beautiful card mumoftwo, I love the paper. I nearly bought an eyelet set from ebay the other week as I have just got into using brads, I am still tempted though as they seem cheaper than brads to buy.

This isn't for the challenge, but I wanted to show of the latest card I've made, when I found out today that some friends of mine have moved home!

I never win anything either, I think winning would actually cost me a fortune as I've asked for the Scrapbook mag - I'd want to buy papers and bits all the time!!! :rotfl:
