Alot of messing about thats how mary :rotfl: no i used a A4 sheet of card and scored 3 lines using my top score board thats how i got my concetina card then using the embossing lines on the board i scored along them then cut across the wavy line i then used peel off along the wavy line front and back. Put backing paper on two sections put the rings onto lilac paper then mounted that onto silver mirror board stuck that onto the card then in the top made 2 holes and attached the ribbon hope that all makes sense? :rotfl:Polly thats beautiful..:T ..........how did you make it ?0 -
Hi bunbun i used to use doubled sided tape which is alot better than PVA but now i use a tape pen which is much easier and much quicker They are about £2does anyone have any tips or advice on what glue to use for sticking backing paper to card so that it doesn't curl? I have used liquid PVA but the card tends to curl.

Polly - what a beautiful card - really original, imagine how much something like that would cost in the shops. Really clever - well done! Where did you get the rings from?
Shaz - this might be a silly suggestion but could you use the feathers as part of a dress/skirt on the card????
Bunbun2 - I like Polly use double sided tape. I get mine from The Works - £1 for a huge roll!!! I try and stock up when I go in there.0 -
Polly, what a professional looking card! Lovely just two colours, love the shape of the card, well done you!
Here is mine, my two colours are black and yellow. It is for my niece who's favourite colour is yellow and she loves horses. The yellow background is embossed with my new cuttlebug, I took some embroidery thread and thread some black and yellow beads on it. Horse image is of google image and for some interest I sprinkled some glitter on the mane.
