I had a go at Spirelli with two colour threads, it worked quite nicely, but I think I need to alternate the layers more next time, to make sure one colour doesn't stand out more than the other. In a better financial position than ever before (thank you MSE!). Moved back to Scotland and now trying to keep debt-free!0

Great card maggieBob, I got those tiles free too, I wasn't sure how to use them, but yours looks great. I'm glad someone else is up at this late hour!
I've been looking for more freebies and I came across this:
I hope the link works! Great for waterfall cards/decoupage sheets and teabag papers and all with matching backing paper sheets to download. I'm off to look for some more!
Cool I just previewed my reply to see if the link worked and it does, just click on the picture! If you want to look at her decoupage sheets just click on her album. (really chuffed that the link worked - mine normally don't).0 -

Funny thing was, I'd already done the Spirelli that morning, then picked up my magazines on the way home, and found that the tile fit perfect - was well chuffed!
Thanks for the link, and well done for it workingIn a better financial position than ever before (thank you MSE!). Moved back to Scotland and now trying to keep debt-free!0 -

Ladies, I am after a bit of advice. I want to try scrapbooking - never done it before but I'd like to make some for christmas presents. I wanted to get a set where the albums/papers/embellishments all match, I like the Laura Ashley/Dovecraft/K&Co stuff but it all seems really expensive. I wondered if anyone had seen any of it cheap or something similar???
Thanks a lot!0 -
Also, I've just thought I wondered if anone had taken up the papercraft magazine subscription offer, where you get 3 copies and the freeebie for £1? I got my magazine on Thursday but no sign of the freebie yet! Has anyone else got theirs????0
