I will definately check friends reunited again, she registered on there years ago but hasn't been back to it since. if I send her a message does it go to her email, if so that might work (unless she has changed it!).
As long as she still has the e-add that she registered on FRU, she will be alerted if any messages are left for her. I know that because I received a message out of the blue from FRU recently and I haven't been active on there for about 5 years!I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

Mary, your cards are lovely. I haven't finished my tissue paper card yet, but my design is quite similar to one of yours. (I haven't just copied from you
)
I made a card today to give to a little boy who was having his 2nd birthday so I thought I'd share it with you. It isn't for a challenge, I'm just showing off!
Hopefully I'll get my tissue paper card finished tomorrow so I'll be able to post it on here.
This one looks a bit lop-sided because it is a Z-fold style, where you decorate the inside of the front and fold part of it back. The bear is simply a stamped image. I printed the squared background paper from the canon scrapbook website. What a treasure trove that is! I only looked at it today, wow have I been missing out!Sealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90

Hi guys, I've missed loads of this thread
BUT I have good excuses!
I've been MEGA busy with work, lil son's award winning play that's just got into the England final, and I'm making a scrap/photo book of 60 photos for my mothers ensuing 60th next week .......... which I know for a FACT she won't appreciate as she's SO materialistic, but I'm enjoying making it and am practising new techniques for cards:D:D
So upshot is I have no idea what the next challenge is!!!:o

Hello, me again!
Guess what I've been doing this weekend. Yep, making cards. Sorry others aren't feeling too well on here. It has been quite quiet over the last few days. Anyway, here is my effort for the tissue paper challenge.
The background is woven from strips of tissue. Whilst it seemed like a good idea when I thought of it, the actual doing it was very fiddly as the tissue is so fragile it tears and wants to lift itself up to meet the sticky tape. Anyway, I managed to get it to behave and here is the finished card. I have to say, I'm quite pleased with it.
All of the tissue I used is recycled from different sources, either gifts I have received, shoe box packing or wrapped around flowers (yes, I'm a hoarder).
The flowers are from hobbycraft and I got the curly stems by twisting them round a cocktail stick. They are glued on with silicone glue. The sentiment is from 'Lets Make Cards'.
I hope you like it.Sealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90
