Absolutely classic Granny!:rotfl:
Thanks for reminding me Pet - Poohbear, what your aunt said was truly awful, I would definitely keep my contact with someone like that to an absolute minimum.
Well done Kymrob, you're storming away! :T
As for the meet, glad to see more people might be up for it - of course it depends on time, place and cost as to who will definitely be able to come but if you are interested then PM your email address (if I don't already have it) and then we can start chatting about it by email. It's not a commitment to come, just a register of potential interest. Thanks. The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Beani...eat some chocolate...onyl a small square though....latest research courtesy of the old magazine showed that if you admitted you craved choc and gave in you ate less choc than if you resisted and then gave in....
Something like (mags upstairs so off top of me head) 30% more is consumed by those who tried to resist and then caved.
a little bit won't hurt you...
get someone to eat the rest :-p
Linnk that might interest people who like online things....

Hugs Wendy 1947 , I do undertsnad how you feel about your weight and not wanting to lose it because of what other people have said. My sister and I have an aunt who always makes comments about our weight in public and it makes us not want o go out anywhere with her and my sister has felt that she wasn't going to lose weight because of her. My DD is a size 12 and when aunt was meeting us for lunch she asked waiter if there were two large portly ladies in there yet! DD was really upset and wants to try to lose weight.
other people can be so harmful.
[STRIKE]without being rude [/STRIKE] second thoughts be as rude as you like pooh.....tell her.....fat people can lose weight.....mean and miserable people are stuck that way.....
Its a shame as comments like that stick with you...and do a lot of damage...hope your daughter can recognise she's healthy and at a size 12 a perfect size0 -
Oh dear, I want some chocolate
or I make up some no added sugar angel delight mousse in choc and leave it in the fridge, whenever the urge occurs, I have a couple of spoonfuls of it and it is enough to make my mind believe I have had choc and loved it and do not need anymore
bails tried to Pm you my email address but your box is full and it will not accept it.
Went to Tesco today and bought irish yogurts diet yogurt fruits of the forest(well they come in a pack of 6) 54 cals per pot, extremely lovely, no probs with them but being diabetic I have to know even though it says no added sugar how much percentage of sugar there is in each pot, been on their website, no answers there, I have sent off a comment email and asked that way and the contact is for wholesalers, so how can I find out? Don't really want to eat them if the sugar content is high and I am not doing my diabetes any favours, H reckons seen as the cal per pot is low (the most each pot has is 67) there can't be that much sugar in them but that is not always the case, I mean there is sugar in oxtail soup:rotfl: :rotfl: anyone able to help me? They are lush and make a change from the WW yogs all the time, really went there to get the whole salmon advertised on the tele (love, love, love salmon:D ) they had all sold out so ended up with some bits of salmon for tomorrow.
No one wants a cooked turkey roast so we are having salmon roulade, yum, prawns with the usual accompaniments. Roll on tomorrow, love fish and kids are keen also it is much lighter than a heavy loaded roast.0 -
Why not buy basic Value Low Fat plain yogurt(35p - 500gms) from Mr T and add your own fruit to it?
V. easy to m/w an apple, berries(hopefully you have some in freezer)or add a tsp honey/homemade jam or jelly(I'm using my quince jelly just now)/marmalade is delicious/tbsp sultanas - to a quarter of the pot.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Good idea amper I do that with 0% greek fat yog and virtually fat free fromage frais but don't add honey or jam or marmalade not diabetic friendly, yes you can buy them like that but they are full of additives, sugar replacements, laxatives and all sorts that even diabetes UK says avoid anything that says for diabetics:rotfl: :rotfl: I usually add raspberries, strawberries, banana slices, sliced apple, drained pineapple in natural juice, blackberries, blueberries, that type of stuff:D0

Had a tini packet of Asda organic choccy buttons(shame they are now discontinued as there are only about 8 or 9 in packet)

Beanie - you are so good!
Talking of chocolate cravings .... there was a keep fit trainer on the radio yesterday and he said the healthiest way to eat some chocolate easter egg is to eat a little at a time and add in a bit of activity to burn it off. The worst way is to sit down and eat a large egg all in one go.
At the moment I have chocolates in the cupboard that my friend gave me (have already started on those), 2 large easter eggs in my wardrobe that my employers gave me, a large bag of liquorice allsorts that my mum gave me so she wouldn't eat them (!) plus a huge sponge cake I've made for visitors this week-end.
Everytime I open a cupboard sweets fall out!!! And I didn't buy any of them!
ps. that sounds really ungrateful doesn't it? I am grateful but you know.... tempting too!Sealed Pot Challenge No. 9140 -
