hi
this might seem a odd post but is there anyway you can read another persons text messages on the internet or something. I have a feeling my husband is cheating on me. He stays out all night and hides his phone. He even takes it to the toilet with him. This is my second marriage and i want to find out whats going on.

Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is yellow tonight,
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is mellow and bright,
There’s a coyote crying at the moon above,
Carry me back to the one I love,
And you old faithful pal of mine.

No you cant AFAIK and even if you could it would probably be illegal - similar to hacking into his email account...
sorry, guess you'll have to ask him outright ? "There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children; one of these is roots, the other wings" - Hodding Carter

Maybe just sneak a look at his phone when he's asleep ...... or maybe get somebody to follow him while he stays out all night?
I have to say though ....... if i was in your shoes i would be expecting the worse.... Sorry

You could find a way to hide his phone (when he's just come in, so he thinks he's lost it outside somewhere?). Deny all knowledge, and wait for the texts to come through. You can always shove it down the back of the settee, or under the car seat, and let him find it himself eventually.
Or... you could just ask him...
... but I guess you've thought of that, huh?I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
Is his mobile on a contract?
If so, you could see who HE was texting and phoning- if a certain number appears at strange times alot then you could call the number?0 -

Don't mean to be rude about this but I can't think of ANY reason why he would be so obsessed with his phones must have something to hide
