    I have had a letter today saying that its out of stock and further stocks will be available in 14 days.

    I just got the same letter. And the price has gone down to 1.60 each! Hope they come back in stock, as my young nieces would enjoy having these for dress-up play.

    i also received a letter today stating delay of 14 days, but in my account the order status says order cancelled

    Yep, same letter here, but no mention of the price going down. Also no record of order online. :confused:

    Does a letter form a contract, should they not fulfil the promised delivery I wonder?

    I ordered two of these, for my daughter and niece. I have had a Freemans catalogue for years. Just looked at my order status online and mine is also showing as cancelled so I rang customer services to ask why. They have informed me that this item is now completely sold out and as far as they know, there is no new stock expected. :confused:

    She did say that if I wanted to, I could try to reorder the item in a week or so, just in case any more stock came in but it is doubtful.

    oh I got the order confirmation email .. I just logged onto my account and nothing os showing up ... how wierd
