Pap you are so right, if you had something up with your arm or leg you would get it treated, well this is no different. You should be so proud of yourself for going. It's not easy. It's great that you've found someone you can open to and even better that they inspire you too :) It is hard to make friends, I don't have many especially now I'm at home with a baby all the time, it can be so tough. I'm really pleased you sound so positive :)
  • Raph ~ Thanks I have tryed so long to beat this depression alone but now i need help. No one knows the extent to where I was at ~ well the doctor and said new friend but thats it. now getting some help may be positive for me :D Regarding the weight after my blow out I decided tonight to secretly weigh (offical weigh in is friday) and I have lost 3lbs :D Now I am unsure if that will stay off untill friday or what but I am happy as of tonight. Spending wise I think I came to a point of thinking, wht is the point in saving if you wont live? At the end of the day if you die tommorow your not going to remember by the amount your bank balance ended at are you? So just going to chill for a while... that doesnt mean I will get debt though just spend as and when. Lets see if it works :D

sea ~ work yesterday and today, not too bad but some points are bad (mainly customers) glad to see you are getting more sleep :)

fac ~ well thats it,l if I was ill any other way i woul get seen so why not now? So glad I went to the docs :) Making friends is very very hard, I have had so many people I have opened up to tehn been left hanging I have gievn up trying... however this one I will try really hard with as I want this one to work. We shall see.
