Good for you, it's great fun isn't it.
In Tesco today there was a couple comparing prices of bolognese sauce, 'budget shopping' she said. Well says I 'do you know you can use coupons without buying the product' Gave them a couple of huggies and magazine coupons and sent them off to the checkout and then home to check out MSE. They probably thought I was mad but another two converts to coupons me thinks. Kharma restored.0 -

Of course, I wouldn't dare make that mistake on a Tesco thread...
However, I must refer the honourable lady to the evidence itself

which states that the "DM £4 off" thingy is either a voucher or a token, NOT a coupon! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I'm just so totally bored rigid of this debate cropping up every single time the coupon's printed. Judging by some posts above, I'm not the only one!
Anyway, I'm sure the point will be hammered home again next Friday, the first Saturday in April and the Friday after that, etc...This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I bought one paper, but only cos it had a £1 ok coupon in. The cider works out at over £2 for 2 litres and my hubby finds tesco value 2L cider at £1.20 very good
Yes, er, well, it only costs "over £2 for 2 litres" if you pay the full price of £1.69 a bottle. (Actually at £1.69 it's over £2.97 per litre  )
At 55p for the Star to get a bottle - it is under 97 pence per litre.
If you "have a use for" the £1 OK! MOC then the Cider is FREE, AND you make 45p on the deal.
Incidentally the Cider is only £1.50 at Sainsburys IF YOU BUY THEM IN 2s
I actually got SIX - sadly they had only 2 of the PEAR variety left so I had to take 4 of the original apple and hope they didn't notice. (They didn't !!!)
Anyway I also bought a few reduced items totalling about £2 but the till operator asked for just £1.28, which I duly gave him.
Then I saw on the receipt that the Cider was £1.69 - Buy 2 for £3 - so a discount of 38p per 2 bottles.
So I got £1.14 off my other items AND 6 pints of Cider FREE !!! HIC!

Glad to clearly see that you fully understand that nobody was making fun of anybody.

As it's been pointed out the QI disc IS CALLED - "QI Presents STRICTLY COME DUNCING" (as in Strictly Come Dancing)

Thanks mate the Co-op bag was great and free with the paper, it's quite large and being cotton is easy to squash up in the car or other bag! Also the TV guide was ok. Thanks for the post.
PS why don't you all just ignore the harping posts don't give them the attention they so crave!!0 -
ok i know its a long shot, but i have been buying the sun for the alton towers tokens, and it never occurred to me to keep the holiday ones too. I have the last 3 papers in the house still so i have tokens 10, 11 and 12. Does anyone happen to have 4 they don't want or need? I'd happily pay postage if you do
and of course love you forever!
