They take manufacturers coupons for stuff we havent bought because it all evens out. ie I may give in a hugies vouchers and buy baked beans and persil. Someone else buys huggies and gives a persil coupon in.
But noone is buying the book, and the vouchers are not redeemable unless they've been used in a specific outlet.

This has been explained in detail countless times.

Either Tesco gets screwed or the manufacturer gets screwed. People who say you shouldn't screw Tesco (because they can't redeem them) have double standards because they think it's OK to screw the manufacturer (who are paying money when you didn't buy the product and Tesco didn't use the coupon properly).

That's not what is being said. It isn't to do with the morals, as I have said loads of times!!! No-one cares about morals or scuples when it comes to giving in coupons. (Well I don't, anyway!) All I am worried about is that if too many people give in coupons that tesco CANNOT GET THE MONEY BACK FOR, tesco wil think it is not worth taking coupons any more full stop. Then we wont be able to give any coupons in. I am certain couponmad feels the same (Sorry if I am speaking for you CM) as that's the impression I have been given from her posts.

We all love being able to go to tesco and save on our shopping with coupons. If too many people abuse it, they'll stop taking them and we'll all suffer. Morals don't come into it! Nor do standards!! Its quite simply not wanting to shoot ones self in the foot!

How rude, not only to correct someone's spelling but also to then make 'fun'! I would never dream of picking up on someone's spelling but in this, my first ever posting, I will make a deserved exception for 'quoia': where is this place called EXISTANCE? Is it anywhere near EXISTENCE? Please do not criticise the spelling of other people, especially when you cannot get it right yourself!

As for spelling, mine is generally very good, but people on this forum could think not, mainly because my typing is so awful, it is so easy to make mistakes!

Don't worry Discodee. I for one will not be picking up on your spelling! The only time I would normally ever query someone's spelling is if the meaning was unclear. In your case and computersaysdoh's post we all know exactly what was meant. There's no place for rudeness.
