It's not that big, Lucy (  ) but it's had no TLC for so long that I keep finding jobs to do in it. Suppose the back gardens 40ft x 20ft lawn with shrubs and bushes along two sides and a party wall on the third. Front garden is a mess full stop and needs a damn good mow.

There's bushes in the back garden that need a trimming too. I do like a neatly trimmed bush!
    :rotfl:

Don't we all :p Nothing like a chain saw or chippers () but I know what you mean.

Ours needs loads of work to. But we had a big trip to the tip on Sunday which has made it look better if nothing else. And I planted my tomatoes and strawberries :D

Mr Chip is fine, thanks for asking. He's currently watching "Bargain Hunt" while eating his lunch, consisting of a ham sandwich (no tomatoes :o ) and a Muller Rice yoghurt ( no ice cream :o ).

    How's the lovely Lucy?:happyhear

Not forgetting the lovely Maz with a man on the go!! :rotfl:
