I haven't been bootsing since last week and didn't notice any S&G bags then. NettieNoo or Amelia's Mummy might know though. I'm catching up on the posts before bed so sorry if they've already mentioned it.

Sorry i forgot to add to my massive long post that there was no way my hair went purple because it had been coloured before as my OH has never had his hair coloured and it went the same colour

Jo, I got caught up with other posts and forgot about this one.
In this case, I'd snail mail Boots. That way they at least know that you've had a problem, (and who knows? they might have had loads!), and secondly, they should, if nothing else, be able to advise you on what to do. x

That's not sad - it's brilliantI have mentioned that I forget I have a voucher for this/coupon for that so yesterday I found a credit card wallet in a drawer & sat quietly loading it will all my coupons/ACM printouts etc etc.
Each item has it's own pocket ( there are about 20 pockets in all ) so all I need do is flick through & can see at a glance what I have coupons for.

Urea is in quite a few skincare products. it's meant to be very effective. That eucerin cream I'v ehad samples on contains it too!I can be brown I can be blue I can be violet and sky.
