Boots Grabbit Bargains Part 19 - Post your finds here

I've bought myself a couple of bits and pieces from Boots this week - treats that I wouldn't normally buy myself (eg the Soap and Glory pink gift set) and I've used .....wait for it........POINTS:eek:

My points have gone down from £365 to £252 (did go down further but they are on the way back up slowly:j)

I save points for Christmas and/or the sales....but I've decided that if I see something I would like (rather than need) and the price is acceptable, ie S&G set half price, then I deserve a treat now and then and can justify it by paying with points.

Prices seem to vary from one Boots to another as regards reduced items, some have things reduced whilst others still do them full price, there seems no rhyme nor reason to it

LOL, I don't think I would ever spend that much in Boots to get that amount of points, I thought I was doing well to get to nearly £100, and that was due to getting quite a few of the Q10's!!

Welcome Mrs T. and congratulations on your new baby. Fraid I cant help with anything baby related (Too old) but loads of young mums on here who will.

This is a great place if you are spender and a saver as you can do both with the tips here. Chck out the first post HERE . S&G is the Soap and Glory range.

People are talking about t because there is a voucher in the new Boots mag, free to Advantage card holders, for 200 points of a purchase, also a voucher in the Advantage card mchines (ACM), for 200 points off S&G blue wrapper range. You can buy some of the items for £5, and use both vouchers together to get 400 (£4) back in points.

Thanks pollsdolls. I will go and read these posts, thats all I seem to do these days in my spare time (which isnt that much with a new baby ) but I really do need to save money any way I can. I enjoy reading the posts and am just trying to start posting as well, as everyone is so friendly and It really does feel like a little community on here.

join all for money off coupons... keeping to subject, on thread:D boots is worth, it just for baby stuff and free cameras(make sure you pick up the two for 1 (241) offer.

pamp, hugg, and hipp all give money off coupons you can use off your shopping at asda upto 10%... so spend 10 pounds get 1.00 off with coupons... any coupons ie nappies , veg, soup etc
hope this helps I am a newby on here too but been doin it for a couple of weeks and it's great. i now have £59 on my boots card;)

thanks for your reply. I love the soap and glory range I got some for xmas. I am going to boots tommorow so I think I will have to go for that offer. You can pick up these mags in store right?

Hi purplepinkgirl. It is very sad when this happens, but the stores vary so very much. I have just checked ebay, and they have some there starting at 99p for the Fisher-Price Sensory Selections. It might be worth doing a search, for the mobile also.
