Morning all, just a quick hello as I'm off to a CAB training day today. Ste's at home with the girls so I'm sure if someone wants to have a natter with him on MSN he'd be happy to hear a human *voice* lol.
Will update later when I get home.
Have a good day!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I'm baaaaaaaaaaack
Really really enjoyed it. Obviously I can't go into massive detail because of confidentiality and all that... but I'm really excited about it now.. can't wait to start properly
In other news the cashback request from dialaphone has been recieved so apparently we'll have a £20 cheque headed our way within 7 days
Also the It pays to watch guys are coming to film us again on the 28th about where we are now and the CAB thing. They called today while I was at the training. How exciting! Not sure anyone will recognise me though as I've had new glasses and a hair cut since the last time! :rotfl:
Hope everyone's well... I did my measurements today and have apparently lost approx 1/2 inch off my waist, belly and hips.... not sure how as I've done hardly any exercise this week BUT have had aunt flo visit so I'm guessing it's to do with that! lol! :rotfl:Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

You know what? For the first time in AGES I'm really excited about the future.. everything seems to be slotting into place and I'm really excited about the CAB and the ann summers...I can see REAL prospects with the CAB, I'm not just being a bog standard volunteer... I'm training to BECOME something.. a real adviser with a qualification and a purpose... something I could make a real career out of helping others and learning new things along the way... I'm really really excited...
I am however a bit worried about registering as self employed, especially as at the moment I'm not earning anything and of course as soon as I do register I'll have to inform tax credits who'll no doubt want an estimate of income which I can't give them because I've no idea... what do I tell them? I'm going to be claiming the childcare element and will definately be working 16 hours a week but with no idea how much I'm going to earn??? and of course as soon as I tell them this our amount will change to god knows what until the girls start their nursery and we get the child care element...
what do I tell them??? And how do we manage when they drop our tax credits down because they presume I'm earning money being self employed!?Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Ask your Ann Summer's Boss (Madam?) or rep. head office - other reps. must be doing this - what do they put down? Ask someone at the CAB?
Is the TV show going to cover the difficult bits of how hard it is to do this - the need to work to get the childcare, finding a part time job to fit around things etc.... dare they mention Ann Summers.....?0 -
I'm really happy for you Sar that everything is now starting to come together xx
