I have just received a photocopy of my CCA. I am currently checking it is a copy which meets all the requirements, while everything looks like it is in my hand writing I have noticed the date which I signed for this credit card I would have been 17. As I have mentioned it all looks like my hand writing, but to my knowledge you have to be 18 to get a credit card? To be honest I do not remember when I got this credit card out (wish I never did). Would pointing out I was only 17 at the time of getting the credit card make my debt unenforceable?
Thanks anyone that can help
Worth giving National Debtline - 0808 808 4000, or CCCS - 0800 138 1111, a ring to clarify the legality of that, racey - won't cost you a penny.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Thay are faded a bit but I think some detail was lost in the scan
when you say unreadable do you mean all of the writing on the form or just the small print like the Instant credit box & the data protection bit ?
many thanks,
