Hey Snags,
My only concern is them not paying me?
Can they do that?
I had a really good cry last night (first one really) with my friend and it did help a bit but this morning I have a banging headache and lovely puffy eyes. It's funny because I felt ok about it all (or did I?) and as the days go on I feel more upset...Go figure!Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Your employer usually pays your first 3 days of sick leave. Then after that if it's long term you usually have to claim statutory sick pay from the government...Bunnyinthelights wrote: »Hey Snags,

Thanks Keren,
TBH, that's what I feel like I need more than anything... Ijust want to have a big hug and cry-I know that when I actually get to see my friend next week, I'll be able to do just that but for now, the facade must be maintained for everyone else around me.
Ah well, no one to blame but myself for the pickle I'm in eh?Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
