Yeah, a nice large windfall would be just fab.
Maybe we should ask the angels.(One of my friends asks the angels for things & says it works for her)

Great idea - I often send little requests up to my dad and Joshua, so I would like a windfall of at least £1,000 please so that I can get my flat and not have to wait for my mum to sell the house :A ;) .

Hey hon - glad to hear that you've managed to sort the egg problem. i can also see that while you're really happy for OH, it is galling to think you'll still be slogging for time to come.
I will say a few wishes for you to the angels too. Think you deserve it with all the debt attacking you've done!!!

Got another 4 week reprieve from the hospital. Back there on 19th May now :D .

Haven't spent any money today and I withdrew £120 from Paypal this morning so I will have £180 in my account by Friday meaning that I will only need to put in £20 from my birthday money to get my Egg payment for this month. Although, most of that £120 is my boyfriend's - around £30 of it is mine so will have to pay him back when I get paid from my mystery shopping this month.

We are going to do a carboot at the beginning of May now (a week Sunday) as a more popular one starts on that day. This will also give me a chance to pick up a few more carboot lots from Freecycle.

Still no sign of my £1,000 yet. I watched Deal or no Deal today and the woman on there had a lucky magic wand (she won £17,000). I asked my mum to get me one for my birthday :rotfl: .

Going to go and have my tea and then hit the questions with a vengence and the competitions so that my £1,000 can come to me soon ;) .

:j Happy Birthday to me!! :j

I've received a nice mixture of presents. I've had 2 tops and a pair of jeans from Jane Norman, a couple of DS games, £30, a pink ironing board, a pink dinner set, a set of cutlery and a set of towels :D .

And I finally sold my desk last night for £35 :D .

Happy Birthday Emily.... congratulations on setting the date too. I've just found your diary and have sat here at work and read it! Will keep up with it now.

Just out of interest, I'm planning on doing a boot sale on the 4th May at Burseldon - have you been to that one before?
