I lost 2 and a half stone on slimming world recently!!!
tis the best diet - and really works and you can still stuff ya face full of anything and everything
My kind of diet
Me and ella got fed up with the woman who ran our local group as didn't really help at all - just interested in figures and not our figures that is!!!
So we set up our own group every monday morning called "NotSoFatSo" we have 10 members and growing!
We follow the slimming world diet but without the financial burden of it every week.
We each have our own "pot" (not the smoking variety)... and if we lose 1lb we put £1 in our pot... 2lb... £2 etc etc
...but if we have a gain..... if it be 1lb, 2lb or 3lb....we have to put a quid in everyone elses pot !!!!
we are saving it all up for a p!ss up at the end of the yearPle'ma an bysva?
