polo's notsofatso group is fab, but at the moment I seem to be putting more money in other peoples pots than my own. This week I am determined to get back on the straight and narrow.
The doctor has given me some appetite suppressants a couple of weeks ago and although I am not so hungry they don't stop the eating because I am bored, comfort eating well any eating actually
But polo has done fab on slimming world I will give her camera back to her tomorrow and she can show you her corset photos from last night. Very ummm whats the word - revealing but you can see how fab she looks now.0 -

I know its bad, I need to click, and its so quiet here now, all 3 boys are asleep and hubby has gone bed as well - thats what drinking in the afternoon does to you :rotfl:
I suppose I should go and try and work my way through the 150+ pages of comps :eek:0 -
Has anyone been in touch with Virgin ??? Or have they been closed over the weekend ?

I'm beginning to wish I hadn't started taking them tgh, the wind side effect isn't very nice
I just don't have the willpower at the moment, a lot of the weight went on when I quit smoking, at first I lost some and I thought, this is great, but now I only have to look at a crisp and I put on weight.
I can't really exercise much because of arthritis, not that I was that active before it
Slimming World sounds good, well the diet does, I wouldn't want to go a club. awkward cow ain't I? :rotfl:
the doctor tried me on tablets called Orlistat about 5 years ago when i was needing to lose weight before i had my hip operations! I used to be 19 1/2 stone !!!!
i am now hoovering between 12 1/2 and 13 - i am 5ft 8 on my right leg and 5ft 7 1/2 on my left leggreat for walking around hills!
The tablets were a pile of pants! I took them for 2 weeks and all i had was oil in the bog like spag bol :rotfl: and i was scared to fart - i like to fart a lot!!!
dropped a load before my first hip op, got down to 11 stone something.... then had ops.... went back up to 15 stone... it took me 6 months to drop 2 1/2 stone with slimming world.
I like being curvy, hard to tone up as hip always hurts, but that is what i need to do now - grrrrrrrPle'ma an bysva?

OK quick question, does anyone else keep count of how many competitions they enter each day? polo thinks i'm really sad because I keep count in my competition diary of exactly how many comps I am entering. I can then work out my weekly and monthly entries. I thought at the end of the year I can then work out what my percentage of winnings were.
I also think if I have a dry spell, which I am expecting at some stage then I can look back and see if I am still entering as many as when I was winning.
What do you think? Am I a saddo????? :rotfl:0 -
