How to Enter

1. The Promotion will start at 8.01am Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on Monday 21st April 2008 and end at 8am GMT on Thursday 1st May, 2008 (the “Promotional Period”). No entries received outside the Promotional Period will be eligible to win a prize.
2. To be eligible to win a prize, entrants must visit http://www.bigsnapsearch.com (the “Website”) and submit a Live Search via the entry box on the Website (“Entry”). The entrant can make unlimited searches and thereby submit unlimited Entries each day during the Promotional Period.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
4. Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for Entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
5. If any person is determined to have breached these Rules they will be disqualified. In the event that a Winner is disqualified the promoter will add the prize to the prize pool to be reallocated randomly

IF you win and there is any issue surrounding the win, do not announce it on mse until the issue is resolved(unscrupilous naughty people lurking).

IMPORTANT make sure pop up blocker is not on or you will lose the prize as its an email pop up form that appears when you win.

Tips to Win

1) Hold down a key ,like ssssssssss then submit (faster than using real words)
2) F5 might work, has for some , again quicker and less finger work
3) Pick a quiet time
4) There are 24 prizes within 24hrs, so if the prize has just gone there still might be another prize shortly, it is totally random
5) Take off pop up blocker!!

Big Snap - Promotion Rules

1. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom (“Territory”) except employees of Microsoft Limited (“Microsoft”) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (defined for the purpose of these rules as husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, or persons residing in the household of such employees), and anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. How to Win

1. After an entrant submits an Entry, when the search is returned a pair of cards, randomly selected by a random number generator, will also appear (“Snap Cards”). If both Snap Cards in the pair match, the entrant will be a winner (“Winner”) and will be eligible to claim one of the prizes set out at paragraph 9 below (“Prizes” and each a “Prize”).
2. The Prizes shall include:
   • Daily prizes: Each day during the Promotional Period there shall be available twenty-four (24) Prizes. Twenty-three (23) Prizes will entitle the Winner to a Virgin Experience Days voucher to the value of the number displayed on the matching Snap Cards (“Daily Prize”). These twenty-three (23) Daily Prizes can be exchanged for experiences in accordance with the Rules and conditions of Virgin Experience Days (www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk) and (http://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/v-small-print,10,IP.html) subject to any Virgin Terms and Conditions relating to specific Virgin Experience Days . One (1) Prize will entitle the Winner to a five hundred pound (£500) Virgin voucher which can be redeemed for Virgin Atlantic flights or Virgin Holidays in accordance with the Rules and conditions of Virgin voucher (http://www.thevirginvoucher.co.uk/info/terms-conditions,11,AR.html).Star Prize: During theperiod from Monday 3rd March until the endof the Promotional Period, there shall be available one Prize (“Star Prize”) entitling the Winner to either:

     Star Prize Option 2 includes 7 nights accommodation for 2 adults sharing a room in The Great House. All meals and drinks while on Necker Island are included. Economy return flights via Barbados to Virga Gorda or Beef Island are included. Flights are booked through Virgin Atlantic. Return launch transfer from Virga Gorda or Beef Island airports are included. The Winner of the Star Prize (“Star Winner”) may claim either Star Prize Option 1 or Star Prize Option 2, provided that in order to claim Star Prize Option 2, the Star Winner and the Star Winner’s guest must be over 21 years of age and hold a full 10-year passport. The Star Winner and guest shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, other meals, spending money and travel insurance. Date restrictions may apply to Star Prize Option 2. 1. The Star Winner agrees that Microsoft shall have the right to use select photos of the Star Winner on Necker Island for advertising, publicity and marketing purposes.
2. In order to claim a Prize, the Winner must click on the link displayed on the matching Snap Cards which will link to the Winners page where a unique PIN number will be allocated to the Winner. The Winner must make a note of this PIN number and provide a contact email address or telephone number , quote the PIN number displayed and provide details of name, telephone number, date of birth, email address, postal address and, if applicable, the Prize option of the Winner's choice.
3. No alternatives to the Prizes in paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 are available.
4. The Winners need to keep a record of their unique PIN numbers since if lost the number cannot be reissued. If a PIN number is lost the Prize cannot be claimed and will be forfeited. Users must not pass their PIN number to another person, as to do so shall constitute forfeiting the Prize.
5. The Rules and conditions of any Third Party supplier of Prizes may apply and must be accepted and complied with by the Winners. Microsoft accepts no responsibility in respect of the Prizes.

Privacy

1. The collection of personally identifiable information for the purposes of this Prize Promotion will be subject to the Privacy Statement at http://privacy.microsoft.com/en-gb/fullnotice.aspx. Specifically, the data collected through this Prize Promotion will be used only in connection with the running of this Promotion. All personally identifiable information will be deleted approximately six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotional Period. The “Windows Live Big Snap Prize Promotion” site is hosted by Thin Martian Limited on behalf of Microsoft Limited. By entering this Promotion, you expressly consent to the use of your personally identifiable information in accordance with the Privacy Statement.

General

1. If any provision or part of these Rules is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded and the remainder of these Rules shall remain in force.
2. These Rules, the conduct of this Prize Promotion and the interpretation and enforcement of these Rules and conditions shall be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, unless you are a Scottish resident, in which case you may choose the law of your own country of residence. Entrants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales, unless they are a Scottish resident or a resident of Northern Ireland, in which case they may choose the courts of their place of residence.

I'm confused , I got a match of two £75 experience days and have to email my details to virgin promotions. Is the prize you win what you match or is it something different?

Hi fabwitch, there should be a bit to the left beside your cards which says "click here to claim your prize", click that and it takes you to another screen which gives you a unique code. You have to email the code along with your name and address to the email address it gives you.
