I don't write every comp down I just put llll and then cross through it so that is 5 so doesn't take me any longer. I rely on the thanks button and subscribing to posts to make sure I don't duplicate a comp. I just really like lists lol0 -
its wicked, we even have a private facebook group so everyone can sign in and support each other each week
it is so much fun - people do not feel pressure whatsoever and to be honest it is manly mums although we have two male members (group members that is ... tut tut dirty minds)!!!! I think everyone enjoys it as it is different , a bl oody good laugh and people make new mates etc, we all go out drinking together also - like last night... so we all cheat together and feel good about it
Help me too i will try to pm you i should change my signature from lost 2lbs to bl**dy put it back on again

I googled slimming pills the other night, i found this site that offerde reductil and other prescription only slimming tabs, what you had to do was register, then fill out a questionare, then a doc would assess your height weight ration and decide whether he could prescribe tablets, i got an email the next day saying i could be about 5 differant kinds, thats how easy it was, prices were extorsionate tho, i mean up to £500 for 1 months worth  Ivwe no intention of buying them but was curious as feeling fed up with myself at the mo, just shows how easy people can buy slimming tabs tho eh !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reductil is what the doc has just put me on and I am still eating, and its a pain because I have to go for tests every fortnight. Did you have to have all these tests?0 -
the doctor tried me on tablets called Orlistat about 5 years ago when i was needing to lose weight before i had my hip operations! I used to be 19 1/2 stone !!!!
i am now hoovering between 12 1/2 and 13 - i am 5ft 8 on my right leg and 5ft 7 1/2 on my left leggreat for walking around hills!
The tablets were a pile of pants! I took them for 2 weeks and all i had was oil in the bog like spag bol :rotfl: and i was scared to fart - i like to fart a lot!!!
dropped a load before my first hip op, got down to 11 stone something.... then had ops.... went back up to 15 stone... it took me 6 months to drop 2 1/2 stone with slimming world.
I like being curvy, hard to tone up as hip always hurts, but that is what i need to do now - grrrrrrr
That's the same tablets I've got, Xenical is the brand name, I did ask for Reductil but she said the my area won't prescribe on NHS, might see if she'd give me a private prescription, I'm a bit wary to buy online.
6 months to lose that amount is good and more likely to stay off too, well done :T :T
Ella, is it Reductil that you take?
Edit: Just noticed as I was abouy to submit reply that orangelily8 has tried Reductil and didn'y get on with it, did it not supress the appetite at all?0 -
