Jeppy i got some tablets from the health shop they contain - cider vinegar, vit B6, Kelp and Lecithin, all ingrediants are natural and can help to lose weight as part of a calorie controlled diet, im taking them on off just now and i THINK there helping as i havent had a weight gain for 3 weeks now even tho im stuffing my face with food and chocolate ( i comfort eat also comfort eating for OH ) I bought them from my local Health Shop, if anyone wants more info just ask !!!!

Just got back from the hospital with my daughter.(been there all day), she was given prostin to start labour, but after 6 hours nothing happened, so at 5pm this evening was given more prostin, but still nothing has happened, so Ive come home so we can get some sleep, have to go back at 9am in the morning and she will then have a third prostin, hopefully this time something may happen... tonight i will take my phone to bed., just incase..... but will let you know what happens tomorrow..... Now I can do some clicking....... the withdrawal symptoms were bad today....

Hi all, just been reading your posts, I've put on 1 1/2 st since OH became HH, he cooks wonderful food (most of the time) but the calories :eek: Double cream in mash! I blame all these food TV progs.

Has any body heard of horny goats weed suppose to supress the appetite and give your libido a lift!!!.........I can see you have been talking about dieting and tablets, and certainly remember tenuate dospan..... very well......

Rogart i often cook slimming world meals for my family, my OH doesnt mind so long as i dont tell him the ingrediants of some meals (he doesnt eat yoghurt) My 2 kids are 6 and 4 and they enjoy them also.

Trouble is, HE does most of the cooking, I can always tell if it's something different, 'cos when he picks me up from work, it's 'hang on for dear life' and 'foot to the floor ' driving!:rotfl: :rotfl:
