I found the online website fabulous as you can plot your weight loss progress in a nice diddy chart.... really helped me focus on the goal at hand so to speak!

when i started slimmng world i pu my goal weight as 12 1/2 stone, i nevr dreamt i would reach it!!!! but i did and in 6 months too!!!!!

got to focus on sending files now.... wish me luck :rotfl:

Go into holland and barratt,(they are herbal) they are £19.99 for 60 caplets..... im going to get some on tuesday........Im not sure which ones to get though as there are two kinds one with maca in, whatever that is, and one for women...... anyone got ideas what maca is????

Mine definately can..... and help loose weight too...... must be a miracle pill.... read this weeks take a break about the 43 year old that lost 4 stone on these tablets, only down side is she stole her daughters 18 year old boyfriend in the process, because of her libido was so high...... naughty, naughty woman...
