I think my scales are boken they dont go under 10 stone...
But iam happy as i am 10 stone ok for me iam 5'7 but would like to tone up before summer..
Slim fast tastes nasty.. urggkk

BLESS, the bed rest was great to start with, being waited on hand and foot.... but then my stubborn side kicked in and when my brother would take the savage to the park I would sneakily grab my zimmer frame and clean :rotfl:my brother would always say he had done the housework but was awful lying in bed and seeing the cobwebs and dust mounting up! And didnt want to upset him by telling him he hadnt done a good enough job.... was glad when he went :rotfl:as for the sense of humour... that just comes from being an avid subscriber of "Viz"
