    I started dieting last Monday. Lost a couple of pound but need to lost at least 2 stone before the weather warms up and that's just to get back to where I was this time last year, I'll worry bout the rest later ashamed0001.gif

    I needed to lose a stone on new years day and have only 4lbs to go! My 12s are now feeling loose again. Just need a blooming Summer so I can wear the clothes now. :rolleyes:

    Well ive lost 2stone (1lb away from 2st lol) since end of October last year, need motivation but cant find it haha, ordered the wii fit which is out in a few weeks so hopefully it will help me get my energy levels up, im feeling a lil run down just now i think, ulcers on my toungue, tiredness and sinuses are bothering me again. OH signed off work at the mo so wont have much pennies so im hoping it stops me eating :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
