Congratulations on that. Is that at your same school?

The pup will probably settle down quicker than a baby. Good practice for you. ;) DS2 was a proper tinker and woke me up every night for almost 9 months and it was a killer. DS1 was much better and only took 11 weeks. No wonder i am always tired. I was in shock today as i got 8 hours sleep. :D Can't remember the last time it happened.

Randomly my internet has just sorted it out.

Had my interview today and am now Assistant Curriculum Leader for Science from September (but only for a year), although there is talk of a possible future promotion after the year! Hmmm...interesting.

The puppy is soooooo pretty. She's causing mayhem with my sleep though. It was better last night but it's still not great. We'll get there! :D

    Woo hoo!!!! Congratulations!!! :j:j:j:j

Sorry I've abandoned my thread...I've been focusing on the puppy thread I've started. Lots of advice needed for the little monster...erm, I mean angel. She's beautiful and amazing but started escaping from her puppy pen. She's spent the entire day running round the living room free as a bird! Ha ha.

She's now spaced out on the rug waiting for her daddy to return...although she doesn't know that yet! She's going to eat me out of house and home shortly though! It's a tad worrying. ha ha. A proper growing little monster.

Right, DH moved house today...all on his own because I had to stay at our house to look after Amibel. So we managed to pay his rent and security deposit, set up his SO for his rent (starting next month), change the TV license over, cancel the internet (he can't get broadband at his new place) etc. It doesn't sound like much but everything took a really long time!

Anyway, him not having the internet will pay the extra rent he has to pay (it's an extra £20 per month). However, his utility bills should drop quite dramatically. He's got a wood burner to heat the house and he can get the wood for free...so thats the heating sorted! :D We also spoke to the landlord who needs somewhere to stay round there at Christmas...oddly enough we aren't going to be there then. So DH suggested they stay at the house...so they are going to give us 2 weeks rent back in December (BONUS).

Also managed to nab another MS...an email one so it doesn't pay much, but it's better than nothing. :D

I'm cheesed off with the pup tonight. It's not her fault, but she's been a right pain. DH has completely thrown her routine out of wack and spent all last night cuddling her. I asked him not to. Anyway, today she's been a right mard. I just feel like the progress I made during the week has been destroyed!! I'm sure I'm just over reacting, but it is frustrating.

Doesn't help that he is letting her run circles round him and she knows it! Ha ha. She's been proper pushing her luck today. We are going to take her for a trip out in the car tomorrow to smell new smells and just get her used to the car. She still can't go out because she hasn't had her second jab. However, I'm secretly hoping it might tire her out a bit. I think she just needs to go for a walk and burn off some energy. There is only so much energy playing burns off. She needs to get out into the big wide world and I can't wait to take her. Ha ha.

    Ahhhh, she's so pretty! :happyhear

I'm sure when she's able to get out and about she'll calm down with all the exercise and training.

Good news re the landlord staying in the house over Xmas - what good luck :)
