Poor BTM.....you really cannot work all these hours ..you'll make yourself seriously ill.Will you be stopping doing them after you've paid the hut?
A few extra here and there isn't bad but 3 doubles every week is bad.

I definitely will be stopping doing 3 doubles a week once the hut is paid.

Just in for my dinner just now not the best of days but not the worst either.

Only £290 to go will get that between tonight and tomorrow.

Only blot on the horizon is I will need to get the £400 for my insurance excess. Also the bank account has taken a hammering this week due to me concentrating on paying for this f****** hut.

ITBS, it is freezing here, I will probabbly give it miss on Monday. I was meant to be going to the Tay next week but don't think I will be able to as I am going to a charity night on the Friday for the guy who worked for me who died. I have to go to that, no way that I can't go. Unfortunately the bus is at 3am on Saturday moring. Not going to make both and I think the fishing will have to go

Glad to hear you won't be keeping them up and that the hut will be paid for this week I hope she appreciates it.

Hi BTM, haven't read your diary for a while, a lots been happening by the looks of it.
I can't get the last page of your diary to load for some reason hope I haven't missed anything.
You're doing well with the hut fund, i hope after that's all paid off you will get a bit of breathing space to pay a few more bits.
Hope your trade picks up, the weather is terrible here, I would imagine the Taxi's would be quite busy around here at the moment.

Thanks taxi and kizz. When it is built and we are sitting in it on a nice Summer's night after we have had a barbie it will be worth it. At the moment it is an utter pain.

It's dead at the moment kizz. The schools have been off for a fortnight and things are quite tight this month. I was £20 down yesterday but that can't be helped at this time of the month. I have a good book so I am quite content to sit it out.

I am just off out today. I don't see me lasting by 8 as we are invited to friends for dinner and if it is dead I am just going to finish. I might just go for something to eat and go back out I don't know. I'm absolutely knackered though but the thought of my dinner and a few beers after it is very appealing just now.

No matter what I will be getting the last of the grand today.

Finally that is it all paid. I need to take the money to the bank in the morning and cash in the £2 coins and silver. Whata relief.

On the downside I have £1.50 to my name and haven't paid anything into the bank this week.

I am off out now for my beer money for tonight. At least I have my prioritys wrong:D

It sure is. I need to go to the bank later and change it from £2 coins and manky fivers into real money. Ever notice how folk will give you a manky fiver for a £2 or £3 hire and tell you to keep the change as the note seems so worthless to them due to the state it is in.

Apart from that I don't have very much on:T My car is in getting serviced so hopefully I will get it back for two at the latest. OH and DD are away to the hospital again today. Hopefully this will see them start to get to the route of the problem. She seeing a neurologist today. Hoping for the best.

I will need to go and get a quote for the insurance company for the repair to the motor. I am not that fussed about it tbh. My excess is £400 so that is the next big save:eek: Going to ask if he will give me any of it back if I don't get any other quotes.

Tesco after that might buy beer I will need to use my bank card though as I don't have any money this week due to paying for the fancy hut.

I also did a very naughty thing yesterday. I used my cc to pay for diesel(it will get paid at the next bill honest). I filled the tank with it. No choice as there is a tanker driver strike and Grangemouth refinery is shutting for a few days. Obviously the muppets panicked and filled their cars when they had no real need to. I didn't have enough to get me through Tuesday as I hadn't fuelled up all week. That tank should do me until Friday night, I am off all weekend next weekend:T :beer: so hopefully it will be back to normal then. They have no fuel left at the garage my o/h works but I will be the first to know when they get a delivery;) You should have saw the queues yesterday it was like an execution.

On the dfw front this week will just be about treading water and paying the billls as I have a lot on at the weekend. I have a charity night for the guy who used to work for me on Friday and I am meant to be going fishing on the Saturday straight after it:eek: Old Firm game on the Sunday as well. I will be in the Betty Ford clinic next Monday.

Bit of a ramble today but I am at a loose end and have nothing to do but sit here and nurse my hangover until my car is ready:D
