Holiday was okay thanks. Not too adventurous and don't think I'd go there again but good nonetheless to spend time with family.

    Re my start.......

I've got a couple of silly things on my crb from 9 years ago, they are "spent" convictions but they are listed, so I will go in tomorrow and see them to clear it up. i have been here before with this licensing department when I applied to be a bouncer. they rejected me, I appealed and won over the same convictions, and that was 4 years ago so Im certain I'll be ok.

Then I have my medical on Friday, another £58..........

Then i can get myself licensed, then put my car in to be tested so, hopefully will be on the road by next weekend for a busy one, fingers crossed...........
  • You are as well getting it all sorted out before you start. Be good for you to get it all out of the road and you can get started on the road to being df.

Glad to see you back and that you had a good weekend and can still get diesel.
ITBS glad your holiday was ok and that you've got everything arranged.I can't see a problem with them licensing you as you have won an appeal before.

May that be a good start to the day!!!!
  • Not to bad a day. Missed the target by a fiver but it could have been worse.

My main target this week is to get my bank account back into the black. Pay the Council Tax and the Tesco Card. With April being such a quick month they have rolled round again before I know it.

I will need to get saving for the excess for the car repair as well.

    No slacking this week.

  • Just popped in to say Hi!!
Glad you are feeling a bit better;)
Good luck with this weeks targets
Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Married my best friend 15/4/16 :)
  • It would be hard to feel any worse:D

I am much fresher this morning. I need to get a lot done today. Money to pay into the bank including £25 in silver and £40 £2 coins. Both of which I would have saved but I am struggling this week to make the payments I have to make on time so I can't afford savings. In fact I can't afford anything until about Saturday:D

Better get a shift on as no phone call as yet but it won't be far away.

Hope everybody has a great day.

Glad to see you are feeling better today and hope you manage to make your money this week..that's the thing with cabbing sometimes we are rolling in money other times we can't get enough together for the bills...still wouldn't go back to working for an employer though..take care x
  • Much better day today, managed to get things right back on track. If I get a similar day and night tomorrow I will be sorted for the weekend. Beat the target by £21 but the weather here was absolutely wild and it is the end of the month. Should do well tomorrow night as Rangers are playing in the UEFA cup semi final. I'll see most of it. Then make some cash after it. If they go through though it will cost me a pretty penny as I will definitely be going to the final.
