Basically stopped drinking as much and getting as many takeaways. I lose a lot of weight when I do the two double shifts on Thu and Fri it is just a matter of how much I put back on drinking on Saturday(if not working at night) and Sunday.

Off out now. Feel a bit better than yesterday but not 100% as my neighbours had me wakened since 5 with her "guests" coming and going. It's a job these folk need:mad: Another short day today however and a quiet night should set me up nicely for the rest of the week.

Another day over another day nearer dfd. If all the days were like today I will be here in 2050. Let's just say it was quiet and leave it at that. If it hadn't been for £50 in a hectic 2 and a half hour post lunch period I shudder to think what I would have made. It was so bad this morning I sat in an unnofficial rank. I got a hire out of it as well £2.20 only but on a day like today every little helped. Ended up with £78. Absolutely dire for a Wednesday.

Anyway onto the better stuff. Banked £70 another £60 for tomorrow. Another 4 £2 coins and put £49 into the Credit Union for holiday/fancy hut/emergency repairs etc.

I also received my Egg Card today with limit of £1250. Need to look into what card to use it on.

Got a refund from AOL for £15.99 that they stole from me for some dial up connection/downright lie. Pre lbm I signed up for the Carphone warehouse offer with the laptop. I am still waiting on it appearing as Orange were funny about the MAC number etc. I am also trying to get the Carphone Warehouse to refund me £14.99 for charging me twice for delivery that still hasn't happened. They say that the router will be here tomorrow and the laptop next week. I told the charming young Indian lady that I would no doubt be speaking to her tomorrow.

I also made a load of pasta that will do tomorrow and Friday nights tea.

All in a poor day work wise but better on other fronts.

sorry your takings weren't too good...it will get better by the end of the week hopefully as it will be pay day for most people or at least that's what I'm hoping anyway.Your still doing brilliantly and just look at those savings!!

I'm hoping the morra will be the start of it. I slept a few times today it was that poor. Good nights sleep and I will be back bang on for tomorrow's double shift, then Fridays.

Amazing how many of the £2 coins we get. That is just a week and a half or something. If I had longer I could easily save the grand for the sh/fancy hut just by doing that. Unfortunately I need to get the cash for the end of April so it is the next 3 Saturday nights after this one for me.


Looking forward to the weekend now to be honest. Fishing my home water, good company and hopefully the weather won't be to nasty.

Where are you going on your holidays?...
Maybe you can save all your £2 coins for a year after you've bought said shed..it would be interesting to see how many you get...it will be loads no doubt.

Well there go's another day. Better today beet the target by £11. Tomorrow should be good as well. Need to be I am not kicking a ball on Saturday.

Doing extra on Sunday though.

She is talking about going to Egypt this year for some uknown reason. I'm not that fussed, I'll go wherever there is beer.

Forecast is not great for here at the weekend. It is not the rain that is the problem but the wind. That is what ruins the day for us.

I got another 6 £2 coins today:)

Hi there BTM..hope you're wheels have been turning!!!!...very busy here this morning then died a death about 1pm...so came home.
Tell her to be careful about Egypt as they have a lot of food poisoning and a landlord from blackpool died this year from legionairres disease picked up from one hotel in egypt.
I find trip advisor quite good for getting info and word of mouth.Have a good day fishing tomorrow
