  • I certainly did. Last hire tonight at teatime. Boy absoluely miraculous. He gave me the cash up front, cheered Rangers late winner on the radio, and was generally hard work but alright, he then p****d the front seat in celebration. I took every penny he had off him £18.50 to be precise. I should have known better:mad:

As the local council forced me into the purchase of a 57 plate £13500 taxi I wonder if they wish to don the marigolds and dilute the stardrops and clean the p*** of the seat. Happy Easter.

Don't you just hate it when that happens?....feel for you as that happened to me when our cab was only a couple of months old...I barred her from the firm and put a letter through her door saying I wanted The £30 soiling charge and she paid up all be it a couple oif weeks later and shes still barred!!!
Do your council have an age policy then (ours has just brought one in)
They are bringing in the BTEC as well!!!
  • App drivers down south..can't remember where..are protesting because they are being 'forced' to do the BTEC.

But my fella says the council here has said they won't make current drivers do it, just new ones...we'll see I guess.

They've been on about it for 3 years here.Firstly it was to be new drivers then they said we all have to do it.What are they going to teach us that we don't already know?..waste of time to me but if it has to be done so be it .
It was Bournmouth if I remember right and a load of them lost their badges because they didn't do it!!!
  • Glad you are doing so well with the dosh.
I couldn't bear cleaning up Pee & sick, I suppose it's one of the hazzards of the job, along with people that never shut up talking!
Mind you if I'd been paid everytime I'd cleaned my children's sick up I'd be a very rich person by now!

  • Afternoon all. I am only up an hour. Let's just say I had a full on Easter Sunday. I am absolutely rattling sitting here. I was meant to be going fishing this morning. That was binned. I have just knocked back a session in the pub with my mate as well. I had to give my girlfriend the money for a taxi home this morning as I wasn't fit to drive. I am not going for my weekly shopping either. Unfortunately it will be a takeaway for dinner as well.

God I am rough. Still at least it is a slighly dfw day. Yesterday certainly wasn't:(

Anyway, I will be back on track tomorrow.
