Well here go's. The sooner I start the sooner I will get finished. Nobody said that being a dfw was going to be easy. Hard work and sacrifice is the only way.

True...my main money comes between 6am and 10am ..then it's quiet until about 12ish then is steady and I finish at 2pm during the week...spend a couple of hours with DH ..he then does the night from 4/5ish until 3/4ish....
Different firms work differently regarding customers I guess.I hate early mornings but find working these hours maximises our earnings.

Hi there, just read through your diary & I just wanted to say that you are doing great!!
Sounds like you are working very hard, but are still able to have a few treats along the way;) ( fishing, hols, pub:beer: )
It's funny when you become a DFW, you wonder how you got into the mess you're in when after paying a bit off & scrimping, things seem quite easy I always felt skint even before my debts became dire.
Keep at it, I will be reading with interest how you're getting on!

Just in for my dinner. That is some hours that the motor is doing. Never mind the two of you. What sort of milage are you doing every week? I am over a thousand most weeks but it is a more rural are I work. A lot of dead miles.

Can see this far enough tonight. I am shattered, hopefully getting fed will give me a new lease of life.

I don't know what I did with all the money I had before lbm. Just always seemed to be none left come the end of the week. I do work hard but I have cut right back on my socialising money. I won't stop all together though as I would go off my head if I didn't get out at the end of the week, or at least have a few drinks and a few casts on my day off to unwind.

Not sure how many miles we do a week..we got this car july and have done 25000 already but I had an op in April and didn't go back until september and then only went part time up until january so a lot of those miles are DHs miles!!!
Be careful driving that many hours thats a lot of hours for 1 person!!!
You definitely have to have a balance eg socialising or holiday or whatever..there has to be a work/life balance for sure.Mines a holiday...have a good one xx

I have 26000 on mine since September. That is scary. Even more scary was until the end of Feb I had nothing to show for it.

I won't do much tomorrow and on Monday I am turning my phone off. That will have me nice and ready for the start of next week. Next weekend will be nowhere near as hard as this. In fact it will be a very expensive one as we are going to a party on Saturday and out on Easter Sunday. Not much banked next week then

I have had a good week this week. Paid the cc and a bit extra, paid all the bills and a bit extra at the bank. Paid the outstanding home phone and dentist bills. Started saving the £2 coins and have money for shopping tomorrow so the loose change can go into the credit union for the holidays, that will be up to £49 now.

All that is left is tomorrow. That will be my pub and fishing money. Hopefully I will get enough for both and maybe a takeaway tomorrow night as well.

Better get to bed I am back up to start just after 11 tomorrow.

Here we go again. Funny I don't feel as tired this morning must be the fact that I am going to the pub after work to hopefully watch Rangers lift the league cup:D
