Tia Awwwwwwwwwwwww that's lovely.
I also need to look through my paperwork box cause I have a funny feeling something needs to be sorted this week, I know my car insurance is due for renewal this week but there's something else......
I'm gonna do a HHC @ 9.30 - 10 if anyone wants to join me.0 -
Thanks all feel much better today so I must take advantage of it. I was hoping that I wouldn't catch that cold because my lot all had it about 2-3 weeks ago but I couldn't escape afterall.
One hour of 'work' down so far this morning only 6 to go. Just about to pack DS off to pre-school - DH is doing the school run today:D - and then I will get dressed and make a start on flying, I am going to try and get a bit done early while work is quiet (Solicitors dont usually work this early on a Monday).
Pigpen - how did you get that bruise? I am sure I have one on my bottom from using my exercise bike! I did tell DH exercise was bad for you but he didn't beleive me:p
Pink Fairy - how do you manage to give them away once you have fostered them? I don't think I could do it, I would end up wanting to keep them.
((hugs)) to AnW'smum and anybody else that needs them and:hello: to everyone I have missed.0 -
Morning all
Welcome to the newbies
Two loads of washing out on the line in the sun. It was very frosty this morning but it's melting quickly. I had one pair of jeans to wash with loads of mud on but I put some soda crystals in the drawer with the tablet and it looks like it's all come off. I'm really surprised.
I've done all the wiping in the kitchen, including toaster, kettle etc. When DD gets up (it's her day off today instead of Thursday because of having to be there later in the week due to Mothers Day) I'll put the vacuum round the kitchen, hallway and living room. I've damp wiped the living room and computer desk too.0 -

Morning all
I haven't been flying successfully for the past couple of weeks, but have been lurking ... and when I saw PigPen's heads up about the kitchen being today, I decided to give it a start yesterday, as I was making bread anyhows. Mind you, still looks like I've got a fair bit on her list to do still, so I'll try and do some of that later.

So brother and sister will be reunited! Wonder if they will remember each other? :T
In a word.. yes!!
My mother got one dog and then a while later got her brother and they clearly remembered one another.. The first one she got also remembered the other dog that had been with her breeder as well which was nice. #she didn't want anything to do with the lady who had previously had her though which was quite strange as she is very needy.skintscotslass wrote: »Do we want to know how you got the bruise???
You KNOW you do!!!!!!!!Pigpen - how did you get that bruise? I am sure I have one on my bottom from using my exercise bike! I did tell DH exercise was bad for you but he didn't beleive me:p
Well.. hubby nicked my pj top while I was getting undressed last night.. having drunk the middle half of a bottle of vodka.. I had my top half off and stepped on a new cardigan that is still in the plastic bag but had slithered off the bed onto the floor.. I then stepped forward to try to regain my balance and stood on (you'll love this!!) a squishy rotting half apple that has been in my room about 3 weeks and I keep forgetting to take it to the compost bin.. see.. can't just throw it out.. anyway.. Slipped on plastic bag... stood on apple.. leaped in the air because it was gross and squidged between my toes and everything totally lost my balance and fell on the seat off the pushchair.. smashed one nail off completely and broke another and have a whopper of a bruise on my @r$e....... it hurts to walk.. it hurts to sit down.. and it REALLY hurts to sit on the loo seat.. but.. I hurt my back falling in a box on Saturday morning (4am drunken stumble to the loo with my eyes shut) so I have made that worse so am doing a strange kind of .. hobbly dangle ones rear over the loo cos it hurts to bend and it hurts to sit!!!!!!!
I'm going to get a cushion to sit on I think.. this chair is pretty boney!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
