hex - did you decide what to do about a Diesel cake ? I was thinking there are two ways you could do it.
One is you could make a square cake and use grey and black and red and white royal icing to decorate the top to look like his face square on. This has a good pic of his face
Or you could just make a random cake, square or round or whatever, ice it with grey icing and use liqurice or black writing icing to put on a train track and just put a toy Diesel on the top. Let us know what you do!
Thanks JillD. We had an unexpected delivery of about 3 tonnes of manure which I had to shift so cake making plans got abandoned. He chose a nice chocolate cake from the supermarket for me instead, I will save your diesel ideas for his birthday though. First time I have spent my birthday shovelling cow pats.....
No work today and the ground floor carpets are full of dirt from small boy wellies. I may have to force myself to get the Vax out.

Rang to rearrange W's hearing appt, about to jump in the shower and then pop and see another friend who had an op last week. So no flying but jobs getting done. Hi everyone
I'm back in again, in my new house. Still several boxes to unpack, mostly books, which are waiting for the new shelving to arrive, so I'm ready to fly as best I can.
pigpen - you just don't do anything by halves, do you? Arnica and a soak in the bath might help bring the bruising out.
As well as today's list I will also:
S/s downstairs/upstairs loo
s/s kitchen sink
Load SC for tomorrow's dinner
Make tomorrow's lunch
Work 12 hours
Have a good day all
