So TNG, are you quitting or cutting down?
Drink, not cake!
Cutting down, I should think. I don't get drunk as such very often, but I regularly drink indoors. Three or four cans a night, more on weekends. i dunno - haven't worked out an approach I'm comfortable with at the minute, which is why I just thought I'd say hi for now....:o:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -
Well good luck, bask in the quitting/cutting down vibes and decide your strategyDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0

That's what I've been trying to do. Seems everyone is different on here. Different habits, different aims and different strategies. Just need to find the most similar to me and 'buddy up', maybe.....:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -
I think you should probably think about either cutting down the intake first and see if that works, or cut out home drinking either completely or just on work nights etc.. ?DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0

Hi
, You all seem to be either doing well/or getting there which is really cool. I've been making the most of the good weather, runing, rock climbing, so been too tired to think of drinking. Did the garden yesterday, no tinnies as I was physically digging it over.;) . My DS2 had a friend around at the weekend and I took him rock climbing his father looked a bit surprised when he came to collect him:rotfl:Didn't tell him his son, not that confident and so DS3, had to go back and get him, also he almost got stuck up a tree:eek: . Off now to the museum again (free yearly pass, pity cafe isn't free;)), with DS4. He only goes to climb in and out the display boats, chip off the old block then:D .Take care all, hope you all have a good week x
