    Hi everyone :hello:

Well day 3 for me. Should make it to the start of day 7 now as I have 4 nights shifts coming up. My aim is to try to cut out buying drink when at home. If I find this too difficult I will try to limit it to just 1 can here and there.

Hi TNG. Nice to see you popping in.

Do you know what. Sounds awfull but I think I will find this harder than giving up smoking

That sounds really bad but I think it will be

Good luck everyone and have a wonderfull day. Got tidying up to do then pop to bed about 1pm for a few hours

Will catch up in the ungodly hours.

    Ta Ta

morning all, well such a lot of activity on here this morning, took me a while to catch up with it all...

Had a good weekend, a few glasses of wine on saturday night, but not too bad, then a glass at home last night. Can feel it creeping back (the need) so am going to knock it on the head again completely. Otherwise it'll be one, then two a night again at least !!

Hi TNG- nice to see you again.. :hello:

and YM, I'll give up drinking for you, if you can give up smoking for me ?? x

and a big well done to mollypolly, Jo and BHB- you are all FANTASTIC !! and everyone else !! xxx

I try to go out running each week, but I think I overdo it as it takes me too long to recover. Constantly getting aches and twinges (NOTHING to do with my age, you understand ;)).

Didn't go last week, but went twice the week before. Looking to go this week (just the once, mind). Lost half a stone doing it though, so heading back (slowly) towards my 'smoking weight' :rotfl:

Maybe if I cut out the drink a little, I might lose a bit more :o

I've saved £28.00 by not drinking for 7 days :D

I want to put it in my sig but dont know what to call the challenge. Don't want people thinking I'm some kinda alcoholic or summat!
