Hi Joe Thanks for the support.I may need it tomorrow.
And yes Nearly there ,I agree with Joe.There is nothing worse than having a row when you are drunk.My OH and I went through a bad time two years ago and I could never remember what started the rows or what I said during them.I am sure this made things worse.Hope things soon sort themselves out soon.And yes. The Allen Carr book was me.It makes you think.

Yep! Was stone cold sober during the row...............and will aim to be sober during the next week as I sort out the way forward.................could have done with delaying this row for another month or so. Thanks for more of your wise words............have gotta stay strong to do the pondering bit. May join in with Mollypolly tomorrow evening with the ranting............ lol !!...................or devour some chocolate .:EasterBun

Nearly there hugs re the relationship "issues" - hope that you manage to sort things one way or another...feel free to vent/rant etc but do remember its an open forum Sometimes we forget that what we post is very public and anyone can read it....(inclusing oh's!). Morning All,
Tough day for me today. Back to work after the school holidays so the toughest part of the day will be when I get in tonight, which has been my worst time for heading to the fridge for a can!
Anyway - I'm NOT GOING TO TODAY.
264 Hours for me ; 216 for DW and getting there slowly.
Hope everyone is doing OK.
