Hi all...
Not been able to stop drinking completely but have kept tabs on what i have been drinking....
i'm down by 60% or there abouts!
Feeling more energetic, less miserable, and less tired!
Normally when i'm not working nights on a weekend i'd have 6 - 8 tins of stella a night or go out with a few mates get mullared and end up with kebab breath in the morning...:EasterBun Sanity, Something I look forward to having :spam:
