Film - have a few glasses of wine with it, same for bath, read my book and have a glass of wine - oh dear I am so rubbish, I just associate everything I enjoy with alcohol
I do know what you are saying though, I think what set me off was my mum and sis are calling tonight to bring my birthday pressies and I was wondering if I should get in some to offer them, what I SHOULD do is just offer them a cuppa shouldn't I??

Lurky thanks for coming out of hiding - thanks for reminding me of my savings, you know I think I might start putting the money in a pot and then buying myself something nice each month (non alcholic of course;) )0

Excellent!!! :j :j :j :j :j
So you want an AFD today. Focus on HOW you are going to acheive that. It's what you want, so you should be able to put a strategy in place to allow yourself to acheive it
Come on, shoppy. think of what the triggers will be and think of ways to avoid/deal with them......
You can do it! PPPPPP - is what I say
