Well by way of a celebration, I bought a single bottle of Budweiser (well actually two - one for me, one for Mrs BHB) this afternoon. So while I proved that I could go through just about anything yesterday, I felt I deserved a treat today.

Well not to bring the mood down as you're all doing fairly well, I'm feeling quite melancholy tonight. Heard a song tonight that I love but used to listen to a few years ago in my worst times drinking wise and it's brought stuff back, obviously I do need that physcotherapist!

Well done to you BHB for an alcoholic free Saturday.Its twelve weeks today for me!!!!! I make that day 84 (and you WERE 10 days in front of me)LOL.

I really wanted a glass of wine this afternoon but had Becks 0% instead.I must stick to this 'All or nothing thing'.Its still really hard sometimes even now, but I must say I do look and feel much better.
I think I am getting addicted to Becks 0% now LOL.
Do you think thats possible ...or just another habit to break.

Mollypolly...well done on the little victory v the glass of wine....you'll probably find that a series of small hooks wil come your way as the months go by....it's very unlikely they could be as damaging as the beast you're slaying...keep up the good work and allow yourself the little treats!

I only had a small glass of red wine yesterday so Im feeling fine this morning. Got to try to stay off the booze tonight too because Im at the hairdressers tomorrow and don't want to be sitting there with a headache!

Yup....hoping the same with the BBQ...they're a traditional trial for anyone who's watching their intake....if you're not guzzling the fizzt stuff, you can easily make up for it with 4 hotdogs and a couple of burgers and that's the day's calories gone and most of tomorrows!
