    Hi all! Had 4 more cans on Tuesday night & another 3 last night. Won't have anymore than 2 tonight as I have to drop OH at work later + going in work early in the morning to earn a few extra pennies!! So that's 19.8/90 units consumed so far this month!
    Hello all again! Well only had one can last night & just going to have the one tonight(I can't say no,can I:rolleyes: ). Feeling tired as started to put in some extra hours at work so another early night for me! Mate out of the Navy is coming up from Plymouth tomorrow to see his family & is going to pop around so may nip to local & just have a couple as he is driving. So including the can that I am drinking now I have consumed 23.4/90 units so far this month.

    Thanks BHB! The can says on it that men shouldn't consume more than 3-4 units daily & so far it works out at 3.9 units a day, so just within the recommended guideline! To think though that I used to drink 20-30 units in just one session on a regular basis is quite frightening though:eek: !

    Just checking in, before work.
    Hope all are well.

    I drank last night, I enjoyed it and slept better for it.
    Too much & I don`t sleep, just enough & I sleep better than none at all?!? :confused:

    Morning folks :wave:

    Ok - here's another poser (similar to Bismarck's trifle dilemma)

    Friday night being curry night, you ring and place your usual order. You wander up to get it at the appropriate time. Now normally, if they are a bit pushed, they offer you a half lager (on them) while you wait. You are fullyl prepared for this and have your polite'no' all ready :D

    However this time, for the first time, they just wander over and hand you half a lager without even offering first!!!! :eek:

    Do you;

    a) politely refuse, even though they've already poured it
    b) accept it, put it on the table, then leg it as soon as their backs are turned
    c) take few sips out of politeness, then leg it as soon as your takeaway arrives
    d) What the heck!! It's Friday night, neck it!

    answers on a postcard to the usual address..... answer next time I'm on :D
