Chicago Rock discrimination?

I received the below advertisement within an email from my local Chicago Rock. They also have the same flyers in there at the moment.

What I'm wondering is should this not be a clear case of discrimination?
Nothing annoys me more that this type of thing. I'm all for equal rights etc and there looks to be a big push towards achieving this everywere in the last few years.
However it seems there is one class of people that are exempt from this and it is ok to discriminate against.
I cant help thinking if the advert said something like men only get the left hand side of this deal or a certain race / sexuality etc only get the left hand side of the deal within the advertisement then there would be a lot more made of it.
I've looked into the situation with this advert and found the below web link of use. I'm wondering it the advert is even legal after reading this?

Looks to me like they're trying to get more women through the doors. No different from "ladies' night" at the races and such events."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

with that link you have answered your own question!Baby Milk Action is a non-profit organisation which aims to save lives and to end the avoidable suffering caused by inappropriate infant feeding.0

It's blatant sex discrimination, and illegal.

From what you have posted and the above link they would appear to be in breach of the Sex Discrimination Act.
Are you going to contact them, report it to the ASA or similar?0 -
if that chicago rock is anything like my local one then theres always more men than women in the place so i dont see how its discrimination by attempting to get more females in the door0

oh come on women feel discriminated enough in pubs as it is so what if we get some discount on entry to a place were we get chatted up by sleazy men isn't that discrimination to allow that to happen? Its only a £1 after all not worth getting all worked up about.0

Why? do you have to pay more?less? or the same amount for drinks?0 -
every bar and club does things like this!
free cloakroom for chicks...
free entrance for chicks...
no all male parties...
guys only allowed in if with a chick...
guys told entrance is say £10 when really its £7...
when u go on holiday to 18-30 holidays and u pay to go on the bar crawl/boat trip, e.t.c, do u think everyone pays the same amount?! HELL NO! the guys are told its more expensive... they ALWAYS pay more than girls. its not a case of girls getting a discount its a case of guys are lied too. groups of girls that go with guys unfortunately pay the guy rate...
same in the bars... girls pay 5 euro a drink with more alcohol and free shots and guys pay 6 with less alcohol and maybe 1 free shot... and ur none the wiser until u later see the price list...
be FORREAL.... would u find urself at the choc fountain?? sippin on sparkling wine (i guarantee it wont be champagne) and sippin in cocktails??? the gifts will be trash like dress up hats n stuff... nothing of selling value.
its a chick pampering nite while males benefit from the cheap drinks while there...0
